CAPITAL PROJECTS AND NONPROGRAM EXPENDITURES
Capital projects is the funding mechanism for the creation of buildings and infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and culverts. Nonprogram current expenditures are for the County Farm and the Cordlap program. Capital projects and nonprogram current expenditures require 10% of the proposed budget. The county proposes $3,949,972 in capital projects and $1,950 in non-program current expenditures.
