CAPITAL PROJECTS AND NONPROGRAM EXPENDITURES FY2002
Capital projects is the funding mechanism
for the creation of buildings and infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and
culverts. Nonprogram current expenditures are for the County Farm. Capital
projects and nonprogram current expenditures require 9% of the proposed budget.
The county proposes $3,902,330 in capital projects and $1,950 in nonprogram
current expenditures.
