MINUTES OF THE INFORMAL MEETING OF THE JOHNSON COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS:
MARCH 7, 2007
Chairperson Harney called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 9:04 a.m. Members present were: Pat Harney, Larry Meyers, Sally Stutsman, and Rod Sullivan; absent: Terrence Neuzil.
Motion by Stutsman, second by Meyers, to enter into Executive Session at 9:04 a.m. for an annual evaluation of Planning and Zoning Administrator Rick Dvorak under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, “to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session.” Roll call: aye: Sullivan, Stutsman, Harney, Meyers; absent: Neuzil.
Motion by Stutsman, second by Meyers, to leave Executive Session at 9:35 a.m. Roll call: aye: Sullivan, Stutsman, Harney, Meyers; absent: Neuzil.
Motion by Sullivan, second by Stutsman, to enter into Executive Session at 9:36 a.m. for an annual evaluation of SEATS Director Tom Brase under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, “to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session.” Roll call: aye: Sullivan, Stutsman, Harney, Meyers; absent: Neuzil.
Motion by Sullivan, second by Meyers, to leave Executive Session at 10:08 a.m. Roll call: aye: Sullivan, Stutsman, Harney, Meyers; absent: Neuzil.
