Reports and Inquiries from the Board of Supervisors
Chairperson Sullivan called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 9:04 a.m. Members present were: Pat Harney, Larry Meyers, Terrence Neuzil, Sally Stutsman, and Rod Sullivan.
Executive Assistant Mike Sullivan announced a budget work session with the Auditor for Friday, January 4, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. Following that the Board will discuss the 2008 meeting schedule and floating holiday.
Meyers attended a liaison meeting with SEATS Director Tom Brase.
Neuzil attended a liaison meeting with SEATS Director Tom Brase. He will have a listening post on Friday, January 4, 2008 at 7:30 a.m. at the Brueggers on Riverside Drive.
Harney met with Colonel Reefer in Des Moines about the National Guard property. There will be a meeting next week about the Joint Communication Center.
Sullivan thanked Secondary Roads for their work plowing the roads on New Year’s Day.
