                 1.    Subdivision Application 15159 of Tim Lehman requesting preliminary and final plat approval of Cedar Estates, a subdivision described as being located in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 6, Township 80 North, Range 6 West of the 5th P.M. in Johnson County, Iowa.  This is a 3-lot, 10.12 acre, residential subdivision, located on the northwest side of Mehaffey Bridge Road NE, approximately 1700 feet southwest of its intersection with Lake Ridge Road NE in Penn Twp.

 

          b)    Discussion/action re:   Land Use Plans of the following:

 

                 1.    Proposed update of the 1998 Johnson County Land Use Plan. 

 

                 2.    Proposed Frytown Village Plan presented by students from the University of Iowa Department of Urban and Regional Planning.

        c)    Motion authorizing the Chairperson to sign a Resolution increasing the court-appointed attorney rate for mental health and substance abuse commitment cases from $50.00 per hour to $60.00 per hour effective July 1, 2008.
