        a)    Discussion/action re: FY09 Transit Purchase of Service Contract between East Central Iowa Council of Governments and Johnson County.  This contract allows for Johnson County to provide passenger transit services and lease of equipment within Johnson County under the auspices of the regional transit system within Johnson County, Iowa.  

        b)    Discussion/action re:   approval of Johnson County Sheriff Department law enforcement service provision contracts for the Cities of Coralville, Hills, Lone Tree, North Liberty, Oxford, Shueyville, Solon, Swisher and Tiffin.
