being in the W ½ of Section 1, Township 79 North, Range 7 of the 5th
P.M. in Johnson County, Iowa (This property is located on the east side of Deer
Creek Road SE approximately 3700 feet south of its intersection with Highway 6
in Clear Creek Township).
2. Zoning Application 15518 of Ali Ghabel
requesting rezoning of 6.83 acres from A-Agricultural to ML-Light Industrial of
