a)    Discussion/action re: 28E Project Agreement between Iowa Department of Transportation and Johnson County, to allow IDOT to purchase Right-of-Way for road relocations or reconstruction for IDOT Project (s) STPN-1-5(85)—2J-52/HES-1-5(78)—2H-52. Highway #1 from Iowa City to Solon.

        b)    Motion authorizing the Chairperson to sign the 2008 Weed Commissioner’s Annual Report.

          c)    Discussion/action re: sub-contract with Linn County Community Services for $12,500 to support a Wraparound Fund to provide financial assistance to help cover activities, transportation, counseling for children and youth with a serious mental health challenge.  This funding is provided by a Federal Mental Health Block Grant. 

        d)    Discussion/action re: appointment to the Livable Community for Successful Aging Policy Board.
