a) Discussion/action re: Resolution Affecting All Jurisdictions in Johnson County, Iowa, Designating the Date at Which a Local Sales and Services Tax Will Be Repealed, in the Event Such Tax is Imposed, for Each Johnson County Jurisdiction Voting on the Issue at the May 5, 2009, Local Option Sales and Services Tax Election.
b) Discussion/action re: Resolution Affecting the Unincorporated Area of Johnson County, Iowa, Designating the Date at Which a Local Sales and Services Tax Will Take Effect, in the Event Such Tax is Imposed, in the Unincorporated Area of Johnson County, Iowa, the Rate of Such Tax, and Designating the Percentage of Such Tax Revenues to be Devoted to Property Tax Relief and the Proposed Use of the Remainder of Such Revenues.
c) Discussion/action re: right-of-way acquisition for a bridge replacement project on Black Diamond Road (F52) over Old Man’s Creek, Section 31, T79N, R8W, Hardin Township.
1. Right-of-way contract with Marie Catherine Crow, Ada M. Crow, Lyle Crow, Leanne Schwarting, Joan Brogaard, Harold Dean Crow, Helen Crow Day, Kathryn Crow Yoder and Edward Alan Kasper for $1,080.00.
2. Right-of-way contract with Norma F. Schrock for $200.00.
d) Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign the Right-of-Way Purchase Agreements for $1,280.00 for a Bridge Replacement Project on Black Diamond Road (F52) over Old Man’s Creek, Section 31, Township 79 North, Range 8 West, Hardin Township.
e) Discussion/action re: reorganization of the WIC/MCH Division within the Health Department.
f) Discussion/action re: appointment of Amy Correia as Johnson County’s official representative to the HACAP Board of Directors.
