     b)    Motion to award bid for the 2009 Seed and Fertilizer Program to United Seeds, Inc., Omaha, Nebraska in the amount of $8,882.50.

     c)    Motion to award bid for the 2009 Bituminous Resurfacing Program (various locations) to L.L.Pelling Company, North Liberty, Iowa in the amount of $458,955.00 for Division 1 and $23,400.00 for Division 2 (Conservation Department) for a total of $482,355.00.

          d)    Motion authorizing the Chairperson to sign an Agreement between the City of Iowa City, Iowa and Johnson County re:  Recovery Act Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award.
