INFORMAL MEETING

Work Session

1.    Call to order 6:00 p.m.

2.    Summary of the process to receive public imput.

3.    Recess: During this time, Supervisors will be available for individual conversations near three display areas in Room 203 and the adjoining lobby.

4.    The meeting will reconvene at 6:30 p.m.

5.    Discussion from the public.  This portion of the meeting will be recorded and minutes will be prepared by the Auditor’s Office.  Guidelines for those wishing to speak:

Ø For the Auditor’s minutes, each speaker will be asked to come to the microphone and state their name and community of residence.  

Ø Speakers are asked to limit their comments to five minutes or less.

Ø Speakers who agree with a previous speaker can indicate their agreement and make additional comments, but are asked not to restate the same fact or opinion.
