MINUTES OF THE FORMAL MEETING OF THE JOHNSON COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS:

NOVEMBER 9, 2009

      Chairperson Neuzil called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in Room 203C of the Johnson County Health and Human Services Building at 2:00 p.m.  Members present were: Pat Harney, Terrence Neuzil, Janelle Rettig, and Rod Sullivan; absent: Sally Stutsman.

      Unless otherwise noted, all actions were taken by the following vote: Roll call: aye: Harney, Neuzil, Sullivan, Rettig; absent: Stutsman.

Motion by Sullivan, second by Rettig, at the County Auditor's request, for the Board of Supervisors to order an Administrative Recount of the University Heights and Absentee Precincts for the City Council Race of the November 3, 2009 City General Election.  

      Adjourned at 2:12 p.m.
