          a)    Motion to approve and authorize Andy Johnson, as authorized representative, to sign a contract with Hart-Frederick Consultants in an amount not to exceed $1,000 for the purpose of providing a mortgage survey and boundary line adjustment as part of Johnson County’s buyout of flooded property acquisition program.

          b)    Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a letter of agreement with the Eastern Iowa Tourism Association for the purpose of receiving a $1,000 grant to support the creation of a brochure about historical sites in Johnson County.
