MINUTES OF THE FORMAL MEETING OF THE JOHNSON COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS:

DECEMBER 7, 2009

      Chairperson Neuzil called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Health and Human Services Building at 9:00 a.m.  Members present were: Pat Harney, Terrence Neuzil, Janelle Rettig, Sally Stutsman, and Rod Sullivan.

      Unless otherwise noted, all actions were taken unanimously.

      Human Resources Administrator Lora Shramek placed on file Johnson County’s response to opening collective bargaining proposals from American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 183 for Ambulance Unit, SEATS Unit and Social Services Mental Health/Disability Services Unit. 

      Adjourned at 9:01 a.m.
