MINUTES OF THE INFORMAL MEETING OF THE JOHNSON COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS:

DECEMBER 17, 2009

 

      Chairperson Neuzil called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Health and Human Services Building at 11:31 a.m.  Members present were: Pat Harney, Terrence Neuzil, Janelle Rettig, Sally Stutsman, and Rod Sullivan.

 

Presentation to Employees in Recognition for Years of Service

 

      Neuzil said that this is an Informal Meeting of the Board of Supervisors to recognize County employees and show appreciation those employees who have received a number of years of service awards.  He said that some will receive a letter and some will receive a letter and a plaque, depending on their years of service. 

 

      Ambulance: 20 years of service: Evelyn Wolfe; 15 years of service: John Grier, Mark Wyatt; 10 years of service: Karma Kemp; 5 years of service: Bryan Hardin, Darrin Hayes, Erik Holt, Dean Jensen, Jeremy Peck.

 

      Attorney: 30 years of service: Anne Lahey; 25 years of service: David Tiffany; 20 years of service: Teresa Jensen, Joan Lind; 15 years of service: Sharon Everts; 5 years of service: Rebecca Esser, Holly Fritz.

 

      Auditor: 30 years of service: Kathryn Kasson; 25 years of service: Mark Kistler; 10 years of service: Jose Flores.

 

      City Assessor: 15 years of service: Mark Fedler.

 

      County Assessor: 10 years of service: Kimberly Droessler, Candy Ellery, Rhonda Yoder.

 

      Emergency Management: 5 years of service: Dave Wilson.

 

      Conservation: 5 years of service: David Gustafson, Jeremy Rieck.

 

      Public Health: 30 years of service: Dan Kramer; 20 years of service: Lynn Kubit, Vicki Riggan; 10 years of service: Andrew Weigel; 5 years of service: Urmil Aggarwal, Karen Lipman, Lonise Norfleet.

      Medical Examiner: 5 years of service: Bruce Anderson.

      Neuzil thanked the employees for being part of Johnson County government.  He said that the employees are really appreciated and the Board appreciates everything that they do to make the community better.
