        a)    First and Second consideration of the following Zoning application:

                   

                    1.    Rezoning Application 16589 of Scott Tomash requesting the rezoning of 1.09 acres from MH – Heavy Industrial to ML – Light Industrial of certain property described as lot 3 of S and J Tomash First subdivision located in the W ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 9, Township 81 North, Range 7 West of the 5th p.m. in Johnson County, Iowa. This property is located on the east side of Highway 965 NW approximately 1400 feet north of its intersection with 140th Street NW in Jefferson Township.

 

        b)    Discussion/action re:   the following Platting applications:

 

                 1.    Subdivision Application 16590 of Joseph Scheetz requesting preliminary and final plat approval of Bradley Creek View Subdivision, a subdivision described as being located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 21, Township 79 North, Range 8 West of the 5th p.m. in Johnson County, Iowa.  This is a 1-lot farmstead split consisting of 2.73 acres located on the north side of Rohret Road SW at its intersection with Calkins Avenue SW in Hardin Township.

 

                 2.    Subdivision Application 16591 of Todd Hagan requesting preliminary plat approval of Cyclone Corner, a subdivision described as being located in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 31, Township 80 North, Range 8 West of the 5th p.m. in Johnson County, Iowa.  This is a 1-lot farmstead split consisting of 1.35 acres located in the southeast corner of the intersection 330th Street SW and Johnson-Iowa Road SW in Oxford Township.
