a)    Strategic Objective V(B)(2):  Define goals and priorities including value added agriculture, local foods, rural economic development, tax and zoning incentives and Community and Area Attraction (CAT) Grants.

          b)    Strategic Priority I:  Johnson County will build fiscal strength while minimizing property taxes through sound fiscal policies and management.
