Miller requesting the rezoning of .25 acres from A – Agricultural to ML – Light Industrial, 0.47 acres from C-AG – Agri-business to ML – Light Industrial, 1.21 acres from CH – Highway Commercial to ML – Light Industrial, and 0.04 acres from C-AG – Agri-business to A – Agricultural of certain property described being located in the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ and the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 6, Township 78 North, Range 7 West of the 5th p.m. in Johnson County, Iowa. This property is located on the west side of Highway 1 SW approximately 1/3 of a mile southwesterly of its intersection with Hazelwood Avenue SW in Sharon Township.
b) Discussion/action re: the following Platting application:
1. Subdivision Application 16395 of Emil Velky requesting preliminary and final plat approval of Velky Addition, a subdivision described as being located in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 1, Township 81 North, Range 7 West of the 5th p.m. in Johnson County, Iowa. This is a 1 lot farmstead split containing 5.00 acres located on the north side of 120th Street NE approximately 1000 feet east of its intersection with Hickory Hollow Road in Jefferson Township.
c) First and Second consideration of the following Zoning Ordinance Amendment:
1. An Ordinance amending the Johnson County Unified Development Ordinance to add Stormwater Management standards to the Johnson County Unified Development Ordinance.
