a)    Motion authorizing the Chairperson to sign the FY12 Affiliation Agreement with local Mental Health Center – per Chapter 225C.7(3) Code of Iowa.

          c)    Discussion/action re:  rebate of Mental Health/Disability Services funds to the State of Iowa pursuant to House File 649. 

       d)    Motion setting public hearing on Johnson County Mental Health/Disability Services Management Plan for Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 5:30 p.m.

        e)    Discussion/action re:  approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign the Sheriff’s contract for the provision of law enforcement services to the town of Tiffin commencing July 1, 2011 for $35.00 per hour, for a total of up to $46,865.04 per year.
