           b)    Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign the Right-of- Way Purchase Agreement for $600, for temporary construction easement with Steve Newberry for 120th Street reconstruction through Shueyville; project # LFM-(7007)- -7X-52.

 

        c)    Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign the Right-of-Way Easement(s) with Karen Boddicker for $1835 to include 1,860 square feet of permanent easement for $635.00 and a temporary construction easement of $1,200.00 for 120th Street reconstruction through Sheuyville; project #LFM-(7007)- - 7X-52

 

          d)    Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a 28E Construction Project Agreement with Linn County for Bridge #2449 maintenance deck replacement project located on the Linn-Johnson Road.

 

          e)    Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign the FY2012 and FY2013 Juvenile Detention Contract.

 

          f)     Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign the FY2012 Juvenile Detention Alternative Program Agreement.

 

          g)    Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign the renewal of Decat Contract DCFS 08-036 with Johnson County for administrative services to Decat Board.
