This property is located on the east side of Deer Creek Road SE approximately ¾ of a mile south of its intersection with Highway 6 in Clear Creek Township.
b) Discussion/action re: the following Platting application:
1. Subdivision Application 16673 of Barbara and Kenton Miller, requesting preliminary and final plat approval of Far View Farm Subdivision, a subdivision described as being located in the NW ¼ of Section 20, Township 78 North, Range 8 West of the 5th p.m. in Johnson County, Iowa. This is a 1-lot farmstead split consisting of 5.00 acres located on the south side of 520th Street SW at its intersection with Blackhawk Avenue SW in Washington Township.
