a) Discussion/action needed re: Right-of-way acquisitions for a grading and PCC paving project on 540th Street from the intersection of 540th Street with Highway 1 to a point approximately 640 feet East of the intersection, in Sections 19 and 30, Township 78N, Range 7W, known as Johnson County Project LFM-Twin Co.--7X-52.
1. Right-of-way Contract, for a temporary construction easement of 850 S.F., with Verton and Pearl Miller for $1.00.
2. Right-of-Way Contract, for a temporary construction easement of 4,263 S.F., with Twin County Dairy, Inc. for $1.00.
3. Right-of-Way Contract, for a temporary construction easement of 2,500 S.F. with Twin County Dairy, Inc. for $1.00.
4. Right-of-Way Contract, for a permanent easement of 4,822 S.F. and a temporary construction easement of 8,597 S.F., with David and Wanda Beachy for $4,200.00.
