       d) Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign an agreement with the City of Iowa City for the County to receive $25,407 from the 2011 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant to support Johnson County’s Equipment/Technology Program.

          h)    Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign FY2012 Transit Purchase of Service Contract with East Central Iowa Council of Governments for the period from July 1, 2011 through June 20, 2012.

          i)     Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a contract for Transit Services between Johnson County and Pathways/Pentacrest, Inc. for the period from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.

          j)     Motion to approve commitment of up to $39,667.50 of Capital Expenditure funds for an ITS Grant Application to the State of Iowa to support the purchase of cameras for Johnson County SEATS vehicles.

k) Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign an Empowerment contract for up to $22,304 for Administrative Services from July 1, 2011 through September 15, 2011.

          l)     Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign FY2012 Fiscal Agent Services for the Empowerment Board.

        m)    Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a Decat Contract for $10,000 to support Focus on Youth Fund.

        n)    Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to approve revisions to the Targeted Case Management Program Policy and Procedures as recommended by the Targeted Case Management Advisory Board.

        o)     Motion to approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign Provider Contracts for FY2012 with the following area pharmacies:
