Chairperson Stutsman called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 2:02 p.m. Members present were: Charles Duffy, Jonathan Jordahl, Mike Lehman, Sally Stutsman, and Carol Thompson. Also present was Recording Secretary Casie Parkins.

Motion by Duffy, second by Thompson, to enter Executive Session at 2:02 p.m. to discuss Interviews for Facilities Manager James Burchers under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session." Roll call: aye: Lehman, Jordahl, Stutsman, Thompson, Duffy.

Motion by Thompson, second by Jordahl, to leave Executive Session at 3:10 p.m. Roll call: aye: Lehman, Stutsman, Jordahl, Thompson, Duffy.

Recessed at 3:10 p.m.; reconvened at 3:30 p.m.
