Chairperson Stutsman called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 11:18 a.m. Members present were: Jonathan Jordahl, Mike Lehman, Sally Stutsman, and Carol Thompson; absent: Charles Duffy.

Motion by Lehman, second by Stutsman, to enter into Executive Session at 11:18 a.m. for an annual evaluation of Information Services Director Jean Schultz under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session." Roll call: aye: Lehman, Jordahl, Stutsman, Thompson; absent: Duffy.

Duffy arrived at 11:21 a.m.

Motion by Thompson, second by Duffy, to leave Executive Session at 12:22 p.m. Roll call: aye: Lehman, Jordahl, Stutsman, Thompson, Duffy.
