Chairperson Stutsman called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 9:05 a.m. Members present were: Charles Duffy, Jonathan Jordahl, Mike Lehman, Sally Stutsman, and Carol Thompson.

Motion by Thompson, second by Duffy, to enter Executive Session at 9:05 a.m. a.m. discuss the annual evaluation of Ambulance Director Mike Sullivan, and Senior Dining Director Mike Foster, under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session." Roll call: aye: Lehman, Jordahl, Stutsman, Thompson, Duffy.

Recessed at 10:35 a.m.; reconvened at 10:42 a.m.

Duffy left at 11:20 a.m.

Motion by Thompson, second by Lehman, to leave Executive Session at 11:37 a.m. Roll call: aye: Lehman, Jordahl, Stutsman, Thompson, Duffy.
