Chairperson Lehman called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 9:03 a.m. Members present were: Pat Harney, Mike Lehman, Terrence Neuzil, Sally Stutsman, and Carol Thompson.

Motion by Stutsman, second by Neuzil, to enter into Executive Session at 9:03 a.m. for an annual evaluation of Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities Director Elaine Sweet under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session." Roll call: aye: Neuzil, Stutsman, Lehman, Thompson, Harney.

Recessed at 10:40 a.m.; reconvened at 10:48 a.m.

Motion by Harney, second by Neuzil, to leave Executive Session at 11:30 a.m. Roll call: aye: Neuzil, Stutsman, Lehman, Thompson, Harney.
