Chairperson Lehman called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 10:05 a.m. Members present were: Pat Harney, Mike Lehman, Sally Stutsman, and Carol Thompson; absent: Terrence Neuzil.

Unless otherwise noted, all actions were taken by the following vote: Roll Call: aye: Stutsman, Lehman, Thompson, Harney: absent: Terrence Neuzil.

Motion by Stutsman, second by Thompson, to approve setting a public hearing for Fiscal Year 2002 Budget Amendments on October 11, 2001 at 7:00 p.m., and authorize the Auditor’s Office to publish.

Adjourned at 10:12 a.m.
