MINUTES OF THE INFORMAL MEETING OF THE JOHNSON COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS:
JANUARY 25 AND 31, 2002
Vice-Chairperson Harney called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 1:05 p.m. Members present were: Pat Harney, Mike Lehman, Terrence Neuzil, and Sally Stutsman; absent: Carol Thompson.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: INTERVIEWS FOR Johnson county ambulance director
Motion by Stutsman, second by Lehman, to enter into Executive Session at 1:05 p.m. to interview a candidate who wished to remain confidential under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session." Roll call: aye: Neuzil, Stutsman, Lehman, Harney; absent: Thompson.
Motion by Lehman, second by Stutsman, to leave Executive Session at 1:53 p.m. Roll call: aye: Neuzil, Stutsman, Lehman, Harney; absent: Thompson.
Recessed at 1:53 p.m.; reconvened at 2:05 p.m.
Motion by Lehman, second by Stutsman, to enter into Executive Session at 2:05 p.m. to interview a candidate who wished to remain confidential under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session." Motion by Lehman, second by Stutsman, to enter into Executive Session at 3:14 p.m. to discuss candidates who wished to remain confidential under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session."
