Chairperson Thompson called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 9:00 a.m. Members present were: Carol Thompson; absent: Pat Harney, Mike Lehman, Terrence Neuzil, and Sally Stutsman.

Recessed at 9:01 due to lack of a quorum; reconvened at 10:25 a.m. with Thompson, Stutsman, and Harney present.

Unless otherwise noted, all actions were taken by the following vote: Roll call: aye: Stutsman, Thompson, Harney; absent: Neuzil, Lehman.

Motion by Stutsman, second by Harney, to approve setting the public hearing on the Johnson County budget estimate for FY 2003 at 5:30 p.m. on March 11, 2002 and authorize the Budget Coordinator to publish.

Adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
