Chairperson Bolkcom called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 1:30 p.m. Members present were: Joseph Bolkcom, Jonathan Jordahl, and Sally Stutsman; Charles Duffy arrived at 1:33 p.m. and Stephen Lacina arrived at 1:40 p.m.

Motion by Stutsman, second by Jordahl, to enter into Executive Session at 1:31 p.m. for annual evaluations of Ambulance Director, Information Services Director, Human Resource Administrator, Human Services General Relief Director, Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities Services Director, Physical Plant Manager, Secondary Roads Engineer, Senior Dining Director, Planning and Zoning Administrator, Administrative Assistant to the Board of Supervisors under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session." Roll call: aye: Bolkcom, Jordahl, Stutsman; absent: Lacina, Duffy.

Recessed at 1:42 p.m.; reconvened at 1:45 p.m.

Bolkcom left at 1:53 p.m.
