Chairperson Jordahl called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Administration Building at 9:07 a.m. Members present were: Charles Duffy, Jonathan Jordahl, Mike Lehman, Sally Stutsman, and Carol Thompson.
Executive session: Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities Director Interviews
INTERVIEW: JUDY KNOBBE
Motion by Stutsman, second by Thompson, to enter into Executive Session at 9:07 a.m. to interview Judy Knobbe under section 21.5(1.i), Code of Iowa, "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session." Roll call: aye: Lehman, Stutsman, Jordahl, Thompson, Duffy.
Motion by Stutsman, second by Duffy, to leave Executive Session at 10:05 a.m. Roll call: aye: Lehman, Stutsman, Jordahl, Thompson, Duffy.

Duffy left at 1:17 p.m.; returned at 1:47 p.m.
