Public Meeting Schedules and Cable Times
NOTE: All dates, times, and channels subject to change. Broadcast times
may vary depending on length of meeting. Check City
Channel 4 for more information. Special
meetings may be held at other times than those listed. All Mediacom cable
viewers will see all meetings unless otherwise noted.
Johnson County
Board of Supervisors
The Board's regularly scheduled formal meetings are held on Thursdays at
the County Administration Building, 913 S. Dubuque St. Most weeks the
meeting is held at 9 a.m. On the second Thursday of each month, the
meeting is at 5:30 p.m. and includes the monthly public hearing on platting
and zoning. The formal meeting is followed by an informal meeting, which
is also broadcast.
Special meetings scheduled at other times are not broadcast.
Board of Supervisors meetings are on cable channel 4 in Iowa City,
Coralville, North Liberty, University Heights, and in some parts of rural
Johnson County adjacent to these cities. Board meetings are also
broadcast in Lone Tree on Channel 18.

Iowa City
Formal meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7
p.m. at the Iowa City Civic Center, 410 E. Washington St. Meetings are
broadcast live.
Council informal work sessions are held the day before each formal
meeting. These meetings are not broadcast.

Formal meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7
p.m. at Coralville City Hall, 1512 7th St. Meeting are broadcast live on
CoralVision, Cable Television Channel 5 (to Coralville residents only) and are replayed (for all cable viewers).

Meetings are rebroadcast on CoralVision, Cable Television Channel 5, on Wednesday at 7 pm and Sundays at 1 pm.
Coralville Council Cable Schedule (City

- Tuesday: 2 a.m., 3:30 p.m., 10 p.m.
- Second and fourth Tuesday, 7 pm, live (in Coralville

Hills
Council meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 7 PM at
the Hills Fire Station.
Lone Tree
Meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. the first Monday of each month at Lone Tree
City Hall and are taped for later broadcast on cable channel 18.
North Liberty
The North Liberty city council meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of
each month at 7 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 35 W. Cherry St. Meeting
are broadcast live on NLTV, which is cable channel 5 in North Liberty and
channel 9 in parts of northern Johnson County. (NLTV is not available in
Iowa City/Coralville.) NLTV also broadcast the meetings of other North
Liberty boards anc commissions.
North Liberty Council meetings are also broadcast on City
Channel 4 in the Mediacom coverage area.

The Shueyville city council meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7
p.m. at the Shueyville Community Center. Meetings are not broadcast.
Solon
The Solon city council meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month
at 5:30 p.m. at the Solon Public Library. Meetings are not broadcast.
