Johnson County - Jail Bond

  • Public Measure A: Johnson County Jail (60% required to pass)

Shall the County of Johnson, State of Iowa, be authorized to construct, equip and furnish a County Law Enforcement Center, at a total cost not exceeding Twenty Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($20,300,000) and issue its general obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding Nineteen Million Dollars ($19,000,000) for that purpose?

City Of Iowa City - Library and First Avenue

  • Public Measure B: Iowa City Public Library.  (60% required to pass)

Shall the City of Iowa City, Iowa, issue its bonds in an amount not exceeding $18,400,000 for the purpose of acquiring real estate, constructing an addition to and improving the city public library?

  • Public Measure C: Delete First Avenue extension. (50% required to pass)

The grading and paving for the First Avenue Extension shall be deleted from the Iowa City Capital Improvements Program.
