Administrative Code changes recommended by Johnson
County Auditor
(1) A one-envelope system eliminating the separate affidavit
envelope would solve this problem.
(2) An absentee ballot request could constitute registration.
(3) This requirement should be abolished.
(4) Redesign affidavit envelope to accommodate pre-addressed label.
(5) A ballot affidavit could constitute an absentee ballot request.
