Shall the Board of Directors of the Iowa
City Community School District, in the County of Johnson, State of Iowa, be
authorized to contract indebtedness and issue General Obligation Bonds in an
amount not to exceed $39,000,000 in order to qualify for an Iowa Demonstration
Construction Grant and to provide funds to build and furnish an alternative
high school building*, a junior high school building**, and an elementary school
building***, build additions to, improve, remodel, furnish and repair school
buildings, and to improve and acquire sites?
