overseas, all Iowa City. All ballots received by mail on May 6 and 7 were timely and were counted on May 7 by the provisional ballot board. These were the last ballots counted. May 8 mail delivery: Three ballots returned: two domestic mail from city of Lone Tree, one overseas from Iowa City. All had late postmarks. May 11 mail delivery: Two ballots returned: one Coralville overseas ballot returned undeliverable, one Iowa City overseas returned unvoted. Noon May 11 was the deadline for ballots to be received before the May 12 canvass. Provisional Ballots:
