We have personally met with Tom and find him to be a well-informed advocate of progressive, open-minded, democratic government. His near election to the beard in the last election dearly demonstrated the broad support he enjoys among county residents. He is an excellent choice to fill the seat of Mr. Bolcom because he champions the same progressive views on responsive government and well-planned conservative development policies that hallmarked Bolcom's tenure.
