Re: Tom Carsner

Having known Tom Carsner for over fifteen years, I feel confident in recommending his appointment to the Board of Supervisors.  My observation of his concern for individuals and their circumstances, range from him providing church services to residents of Atrium Village, my previous employer before Johnson County, to his active role in county government.  When my parent's farm in southern Linn County became a possible site for a landfill, Tom as a board member of Environmental Advocates, gave me constructive advice which included speaking with the Johnson County Board of Supervisors.

I feel he would be a caring and effective member of the Board of Supervisors.
