February 1, 2011 College Community School District Election

Johnson County voters in the cities of Shueyville and Swisher, Monroe Township, most of Jefferson Township, and a small portion of Big Grove township were eligible to vote on the College Community School District's physical plant and equipment levy. Map

Polls were open Tuesday, February 1 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.  Johnson County voters voted at the Swisher American Legion Hall, 68 3rd St. SE, Swisher.

This election was conducted by the Linn County Auditor's Office.

Dates and Deadlines

• Friday, January 21: Last day to register to vote without additional requirements of Election Day registration, 5 p.m.
  • The Johnson County Auditor's Office is in charge of voter registration for Johnson County residents.
• Friday, January 28: Deadline to request absentee ballot by mail. Forms must be received by the Linn County Auditor by 5 p.m.
  • The Linn County Auditor was in charge of all early voting for this election.
