DECISION OF THE CONTEST COURT |
The members of the Election Contest Court having met according to law, and after due deliberation, voted on the following issues as follows:
1. Does the Contest Court have Jurisdiction over the election contest filed by Matthew Bahl?
The vote was:
Judge Liebig-no
Judge Meyer-yes
Judge Stein-no
It is the decision of the court that it lacks jurisdiction over the grounds of the protest.
2. Assuming, arguendo, that the Court had jurisdiction, was a runoff election required by the Code of North Liberty, Iowa?
The vote was:

Judge Meyer-yes
Judge Stein-no
It is the decision of the Court that a runoff election was not required.
