College and Highland School Districts

Two school districts with Johnson County voters held special elections on March 13.

College Community Bond Issue and Vacancies

College Community School District voters approved two bond issues (60% required to pass).

Johnson County voters in parts of Jefferson, Monroe, and Big Grove townships, including the cities of Swisher and Shueyville, were able to vote in this election.  Map

Highland Levy

Voters in the Highland Community School District defeated a physical plant and equipment levy.  A simple majority (50%) was required for passage.  Johnson County voters in the southern part of Liberty Township (south of 540th St.) were able to vote in this election.  Map
