Lora Shramek

Human Resources Administrator

Lora Shramek was hired in January 1998 to start the department. She has 20 years experience and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Lora works with management practice issues, employee/labor relations, policy development & revision, and discipline. She is also the ADA coordinator.

Dana Stafford

Human Resources Coordinator

Dana Stafford was hired as a Human Resources Coordinator in July 2007. She has 8 years experience and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).  She works closely with worker's compensatation, safety, training, recruitment, orientation and employee events.

 

 

  Susie McAreavy
Susie McAreavy

Human Resources Office Assistant

Susie was hired February 2010 as the Human Resources Office Assistant.  She performs supportive functions for the HR department involving recruiting, worker’s compensation, safety, drug testing, employee/labor relations, and benefit administration.  Susie is also involved with employee events, Johnson County’s internal newsletter, charitable campaigns and the County Fair.
