 Lora Shramek |
Lora Shramek was hired in January 1998 to start the department. She has 18 years experience and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Lora works with management practice issues, employee/labor relations, policy development & revision, and discipline. |
 Vanessa Wierman |
Vanessa Wierman was hired November 2005 as a Human Resources Coordinator. She has 5 years experience and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is involved with recruitment, orientation, benefits, collective bargaining, updating job descriptions for compliance and employee events. |
 Dana Winkowitsch |
Dana Winkowitsch was hired as a Human Resources Coordinator in July 2007. She has 3 years experience in human resources. As a HR Coordinator, she works closely with worker’s compensation, safety, training, recruitment, orientation and employee events. |
 Geri Owen |
Geri Owen was hired January 2008 as the Human Resources Office Assistant. She performs supportive functions for the HR department involving recruiting, worker’s compensation, safety, drug testing, employee/labor relations, and benefit administration. Geri is also involved with employee events, Johnson County’s internal newsletter, the United Way campaign and the County Fair. |
