Blood Pressure Cardiovascular Project

A coalition of individuals in Johnson County interested in preventing cardiovascular disease. The goals of the program include;

  •  Beating Heart ImageDefining the scope of cardiovascular disease risk in Johnson County
  •  Raising awareness of cardiovascular disease risk factors
  •  Raising community awareness of the resources available for prevention projects
  •  Assisting in mobilizing community resources through joint planning of community prevention programs and coalition resources
