Disease Reporting Campaign

In the summer of 2004, Johnson County Public Health staff began working on a disease reporting campaign with several goals. A primary goal was to improve the number of required reportable diseases reported and to encourage health care providers to report diseases more quickly. Disease Prevention Specialists gave presentations to area clinics to promote the campaign, and designed promotional materials to improve reporting.
