| Vaccinations & School |

High school is a great time to make sure you have all of the vaccinations
needed for college. Addition vaccines to include if you have not already had
them are:
• Hepatitis B
• Meningococcal Vaccine (meningitis)
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) Contact your physician or review your immunization record to determine whether or not you are up-to-date on your immunizations. |
