The Java Virtual Machine must be installed on your computer in order to view images. This is a free download and can be found at: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp The first time you click VIEW IMAGE, your computer should prompt you to download ViewONE. If you previously said NO to this download, you will need to log-off the internet and re-log on to get this prompt again. Click either RUN or ALWAYS TRUST CONTENT FROM THIS PUBLISHER. (By clicking the latter, this message will not appear in the future.) If you work in an office and the prompt for ViewONE does not appear, the problem is usually due to security settings. For this you need to speak with your system administrator or with the person who controls the security settings in your office. The ViewONE software operates best on Internet Explorer. If you are already using Internet Explorer, make sure it is the most current version, as an older version may cause problems. If you are using the Macintosh Operating System 7, 8, or 9, you may have to contact Apple for a plug-in. If you have successfully downloaded ViewONE (and are still having problems viewing images) you may need to delete and reinstall the software. This can be done by following these steps; |
