Bullet  VIEWING IMAGES:
The first time you click VIEW IMAGE, it will prompt you to download ViewONE. (Without this download you will not be able to view images). If this prompt does not appear, or you are having problems viewing images, please click on the Trouble Shooting link above.

Bullet  PRINTING:
If you want to print a document, do NOT use the printer icon or the “file/print” option. Instead, right-click on the image itself and a print queue will appear. From here you can print the entire document or selected pages. MAC USERS: "Right-click" by holding down the CTRL key while clicking.

Bullet  SEARCHING BY SEC/TWP/RANGE:
Always use a 0 (zero) as a place holder. EX: 01-77-06

Bullet  RELEASES / ASSIGNMENTS:
Releases and assignments recorded before May 5, 2003 are not always “linked” to the corresponding mortgage. Be sure to view the actual document for any marginal notations or do a name search on the individual.
