Instructions:
1. Minimum Value: Enter the minimum monetary value of the permits desired to be viewed and the report will show all permits greater than or equal to that amount. If “0” is entered, then all permits will be shown.
2. Decision Start Date: Enter the date or use the calendar icon to select the date at the beginning of the desired range.
3. Decision End Date: Enter the date or use the calendar icon to select the date at the end of the desired range.
4. Press the Veiw Report button.
